Site Agent (full time and part time position)

Your mission on the boat

Under the supervision of the Site Agent Supervisor, the Site Agent is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the boat, while constantly keeping an eye on its surroundings. He is also in charge of welcoming clients, providing them with advice and assistance at all times and ensuring the customers respect the tranquility of the environment by providing top-notch customer service. In addition, he will be brought to resort to his physical strength do accomplish certain tasks.

The upcoming challenges of the Site Agent

  • Make regular tours of the site to ensure compliance with the instructions and ensure site security by providing a professional and courteous service;
  • Inform customers about the various services offered and on the facilities;
  • Be responsive to client’s questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner;
  • In charge of opening and closing the facilities;
  • Ensure the security on the site as well as the respect of the instructions
  • Distribute the laundry through out the facilities;
  • Perform water quality tests;
  • Do some housekeeping tasks to keep the facilities always clean;
  • Provide support to his team as needed to perform various tasks.
